Gravias Property Group's Sales Book

This is another project with a real estate company from Melbourne, Australia. They wanted a premium Sales Book to give to their potential clients. They are leasing premium office warehouses. It showcases their floor plan, the 3D model, the placement of the property, and the property’s amenities.

The whole look of the book was based on the look of the property, which was industrial and premium.

The designer, Adeline, was asked to make a layout design that can translate for the website as well, because the design for this book layout was also used to create the website for this property.
