Gravias Property Group – Salgsbok

I worked on a project for Gravias Property Group, a real estate company based in Melbourne, Australia. The client requested a premium Sales Book for potential clients, showcasing their leased premium office warehouses. The book highlighted floor plans, 3D models, property placement, and available amenities.

The design was inspired by the properties themselves, reflecting an industrial yet premium aesthetic. My task was to create a layout and design system that could seamlessly translate from print to digital, as the Sales Book’s layout was later used to develop the property website.

I focused on visual hierarchy, consistency, and clear communication, ensuring that all elements—from imagery to typography—effectively conveyed the property’s value and aligned with the brand’s identity. The result was a cohesive, professional design that functioned across both print and digital platforms.
