Contentserv – Kulturbok

I worked on a project for Contentserv, a software company based in Rohrbach, Germany. The CEO and Human Resources team asked me to create a Culture Code Book for onboarding new employees. The goal was to highlight teamwork and collaboration as the company expanded globally.

The theme of the book was mountaineering, reflecting the local culture and environment in Rohrbach. I designed the book layout using mountaineering photography that was carefully adjusted to match the company’s branding guidelines, primarily using their dark blue logo palette.

I focused on typography, visual hierarchy, and content structure to ensure the book was clear, professional, and engaging. The client was so pleased with the results that they decided to use the book’s layout as a template for future marketing materials, demonstrating the impact of thoughtful and cohesive design.
