Contentserv's Culture Code

This is a project with a software company from Rohrbach, Germany. The CEO and Human Resources team wanted the designer to create a culture code or a code of conduct book for onboarding future employees, to highlight that everyone should be working as a team while they were expanding in different parts of the world.

The theme was mountaineering, as that is what is popular in that area in Germany. They have assigned the designer, Adeline, to create a book design with mountaineering photos, with photos that are set to the tone of their branding guidelines, which was dark blue following their logo.

The client was so happy that they decided to base the future marketing layout designs of the company from this book’s layout design.
